I made these for a Mother's Day dinner I had. It was a vanilla bean cupcake w/vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream filling, strawberry swiss meringue buttercream frosting, drizzled with chocolate ganache, and topped with a fresh strawberry.
This was an order I filled for birthday cupcakes. The cupcakes were carrot-ginger w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting, chopped walnuts, and fondant decorations.
