Fall Cupcakes

This is an assortment of cupcakes I donated to the Lutheran Fall Fest. They are pumpkin-pecan w/cinnamon cream cheese frosting and a candy pumkin on top, red velvet w/cream cheese frosting, and chocolate w/peanut butter frosting, peanut garnish, and a acorn made of a hershey's kiss and vanilla waffer.

Chocolate/Chocolate Chip Cupcake with Vanilla Bean Buttercream

These are chocolate cupcakes with semi-sweet chocolate chips inside, swirled with vanilla bean buttercream frosting, and topped with red and black raspberry candies.

Jumbo Cookies and Cream Birthday Cupcakes

I made these jumbo cookies and cream cupcakes for my boyfriend Eric's 26th Birthday. The cupcake is chocolate w/crushed chocolate cookie pieces, vanilla swiss meringue buttercream frosting with chocolate cookie pieces mixed in, and topped off with a chocolate cookie piece. I made a special one for Eric with a cookie that said Happy Birthday Eric in white chocolate and the number 26.

Chocolate/Strawberry Cupcakes

These are chocolate vanilla bean cupcakes w/strawberry buttercream frosting, and a chocolate cream filled pirouette cookie on top.

Birthday and 5th Anniversary Cupcakes

This was a order I filled for a birthday and 5th wedding anniversary. The first cupcake is chocolate w/vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream frosting, bittersweet chocolate shavings, and a happy birthday flag. The second are carrot-ginger w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting, sprinkled with toasted walnuts, and a topper with the number 5.

Chocolate/Banana Cupcakes

This is a chocolate cupcake w/banana cream cheese frosting, toasted walnut pieces, and a banana chip on top.

4th of July Cupcakes

This was an order I filled for the 4th. The first cupcakes are lemon w/red and white swirled lemon swiss meringue buttercream frosting, and a topper that says 4th. The second are coconut cupcakes w/meringue, and blue dyed coconut shavings.
