Red Velvet Cupcakes w/White Chocolate Frosting

I made these for family that were visiting. They are red velvet w/white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream frosting, and sprinkled with red sanding sugar.

Easter Cupcakes

Chocolate cupcake w/green tinted vanilla buttercream frosting, a birds nest made out of chow mein noodles and semi-sweet chocolate, and jelly bean and peanut butter eggs. Lemon cupcake w/green tinted vanilla buttercream frosting, chick peeps, and jelly beans.

Pastel Cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes w/walnuts, topped with pastel colored vanilla buttercream frostings, sprinkled with corresponding colored sugars, and finished with a vanilla buttercream star piped in the center.

Snowball Cupcake

Chocolate cupcake w/vanilla buttercream filling and frosting, and topped with pink dyed shredded coconut.

Easter Nest Cupcakes

These are mini chocolate cupcakes w/chocolate swiss meringue buttercream frosting, toasted coconut, and mini chocolate eggs.

Chocolate Peppermint Patty Cupcake

Chocolate cupcake with half of a peppermint patty baked inside. It's topped with a swirl of mint buttercream frosting and the other half of the peppermint patty.

Orange Cream Cupcake

Orange-buttermilk cupcake with fresh orange zest and juice w/vanilla swiss meringue buttercream filling, topped w/orange tinted swiss meringue buttercream flavored w/orange curd, and sprinkled w/orange sugar.
