2 Dozen Cupcake Order




This is an order I filled for 2 dozen cupcakes. One dozen was red velvet w/cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with toasted pecan pieces. The other dozen was chocolate w/peanut butter frosting and topped with chopped salted peanuts.

Yellow Cupcakes with Dark Chocolate Frosting and Purple Flowers




These are yellow cupcakes w/dark chocolate frosting, and topped with purple candy flowers and green leaves made out of laffy taffy.

Hostess Look-a-like Cupcake




I've been wanting to make these Hostess look-a-like cupcakes for a while. It's a chocolate cupcake w/vanilla swiss meringue buttercream filling, dipped in chocolate ganache, and piped with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

Easter Carrot-Ginger and Chocolate Cupcakes











This was an order I filled for Easter. The first cupcakes are carrot-ginger w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting, sprinkled with chopped toasted walnuts, and topped with a candy carrot made out of orange fruit chews and green fruit slices. The second are chocolate w/vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream frosting, and topped with multi-colored wafer bunnies.

Mini Chocolate and Vanilla Easter Cupcakes







These are mini chocolate and vanilla cupcakes that are decorated with vanilla green grass frosting, and multi-colored wafer bunnies. Some of the chocolate minis are also frosted with vanilla frosting and topped with a peanut butter egg. The vanilla are topped with vanilla frosting and confetti sprinles.

These are buttermilk cupcakes flavored with fresh orange zest and juice w/vanilla swiss meringue buttercream filling, topped w/swiss meringue buttercream frosting flavored with orange curd, and a fondant flower on top.
