Red Velvet Cupcake

This is from a batch of red velvet cupcakes I made for dessert this weekend. Light chocolate cake w/vanilla bean cream cheese frosting, and red sugar.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcake

I made these for the birthday of my boyfriend's Dad. They were chocolate cupcakes filled with a ball of chocolate chip cookie dough, topped with brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream frosting, sprinkled with mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, and topped with a mini chocolate chip cookie.

Banana Split Cupcakes

I made these as a gift for someone's birthday. It's a banana cupcake w/a scoop of strawberry, chocolate, and pineapple swiss meringue buttercream frosting, vanilla whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate ganache, sprinkled with chopped peanuts, and topped with a fresh cherry.

4th of July Birthday Cupcakes

I made these for my Dad's 74th birthday. They were red and white vanilla bean cupcakes w/blue vanilla swiss meringue buttercream frosting, red, white, and blue sprinkles, topped with red and blue raspberry candy, and white champagne candy.
