Banana Split Cupcakes

I made these as a gift for someone's birthday. It's a banana cupcake w/a scoop of strawberry, chocolate, and pineapple swiss meringue buttercream frosting, vanilla whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate ganache, sprinkled with chopped peanuts, and topped with a fresh cherry.

4th of July Birthday Cupcakes

I made these for my Dad's 74th birthday. They were red and white vanilla bean cupcakes w/blue vanilla swiss meringue buttercream frosting, red, white, and blue sprinkles, topped with red and blue raspberry candy, and white champagne candy.

Father's Day Cupcakes

I made these as a gift for Father's Day for my Dad, and my boyfriends Dad and brother-in-law. They were chocolate cupcakes with a mini peanut butter cup baked inside, peanut butter frosting, and topped with another mini peanut butter cup. I also made a vanilla buttermilk cupcake w/vanilla swiss meringue buttercream frosting that had vanilla sandwich cookies pieces mixed in, and then topped them with a cookie half. I made carrot-ginger cupcakes w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting too, I just don't have a picture of them.

It's a Boy Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for my boyfriends sister who is pregnant with a boy. They were vanilla buttermilk cupcakes w/vanilla swiss meringue buttercream frosting tinted blue, and topped with It's A Boy toppers I made.

Big Chocolate Anniversary Cupcake

This is a big cupcake I made using a cupcake cake pan. It was for the 35th wedding anniversary for my boyfriends parents. It was chocolate with a melted chocolate coating and chocolate sprinkles.
