Mint Cupcake w/Mint Chocolate Buttercream and White Chocolate Snowflake

These were for the dessert after a lunch.  Mint cupcake, mint chocolate buttercream, and a white chocolate and peppermint snowflake.

Bulldog and Dalmatian Cupcakes

These were an order I filled for my friends sister for Christmas.  It took me two days to complete them.  The dalmatians are my favorite.  

Chocolate Cupcake with Marshmallow Frosting

Moist Chocolate cupcake with marshmallow frosting, dusted with cocoa powder, and topped with a piece of peppermint bark.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

These were a birthday present for a friend.  They are red velvet cupcakes with green and white swirl swiss meringue buttercream, and sprinkled with white nonpareils and silver dragees.

Baylor Bear Cupcakes

I made these for someone who works at Baylor University.  I've never made a bear before, but I think they turned out pretty good.

Chocolate and Coconut Cupcake

This is a moist chocolate cupcake with vanilla cream cheese frosting, shredded coconut, clear sparkling sugar, and silver dragees. 

Carrot and Chocolate Lab Cupcakes

These were for a friend of a friends birthday party.  Carrot cupcake with orange frosting, toasted pecans, and a candied carrot.  The chocolate lab puppy is a chocolate cupcake with mint chocolate frosting.

Devil's food cupcake with vanilla frosting, white chocolate leaves, and cherry sours for the berry.

Peppermint Cupcake

This is a peppermint cupcake with peppermint buttercream and sprinkled with Andes peppermint crunch baking chips.  I made them for a Christmas open house.
