These are chocolate cupcakes w/vanilla frosting and rock candy. Chocolate cupcakes with a christmas tree made out of vanilla frosting and chocolate covered sunflower seeds. The last are red velvet cupcakes w/vanilla cream cheese frosting, and a red chirstmas tree decoration.

Halloween Cupcakes

They are pumpkin-pecan w/cinnamon cream cheese frosting and a candy pumkin on top, red velvet w/cream cheese frosting, and chocolate w/peanut butter frosting, peanut garnish, and a acorn made of a hershey's kiss and vanilla waffer.

Chocolate/Chocolate Chip Cupcake with Vanilla Bean Buttercream

These are chocolate cupcakes with semi-sweet chocolate chips inside, swirled with vanilla bean buttercream frosting, and topped with red and black raspberry candies.

Jumbo Cookies and Cream Birthday Cupcakes

I made these jumbo cookies and cream cupcakes for my boyfriend Eric's 26th Birthday. The cupcake is chocolate w/crushed chocolate cookie pieces, vanilla swiss meringue buttercream frosting with chocolate cookie pieces mixed in, and topped off with a chocolate cookie piece. I made a special one for Eric with a cookie that said Happy Birthday Eric in white chocolate and the number 26.

This was a order I filled for a birthday and 5th wedding anniversary. The first cupcake is chocolate w/vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream frosting, bittersweet chocolate shavings, and a happy birthday flag. The second are carrot-ginger w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting, sprinkled with toasted walnuts, and a topper with the number 5.

This was an order I filled for the 4th. The first cupcakes are lemon w/red and white swirled lemon swiss meringue buttercream frosting, and a topper that says 4th. The second are coconut cupcakes w/meringue, and blue dyed coconut shavings.

Lemon Blueberry Cupcake

Lemon blueberry cupcake w/lemon cream cheese frosting, and topped with blueberries.

Turtle Cupcake

Chocolate cupcake w/caramel and toasted pecan filling, swirled with caramel swiss meringue buttercream frosting, then drizzled with caramel and bittersweet chocolate, and finished with a sprinkle of toasted pecan pieces.

Carrot Cupcakes with Candied Walnuts

This was an order I filled that were going to be shipped for Father's Day. They are carrot-ginger cupcakes w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting, and topped with a candied walnut halve.

S'mores Cupcakes

Chocolate cupcake with mini chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows baked inside and then more graham cracker crumbs sprinkled on top. It is topped with marshmallow frosting, that I toasted, then drizzled with chocolate ganache glaze, and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs.

This is a moist chocolate cupcake with a fresh cherry baked inside, swirled with vanilla cream cheese frosting, drizzled with bittersweet chocolate, and topped with a fresh cherry.

1st Birthday Cupcakes

I made these for the 1st birthday of my boyfriends nephew. The first are vanilla w/chocolate swiss meringue buttercream frosting and colored sprinkles. The second are carrot-ginger w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with orange zest. I made a special jumbo vanilla cupcake with a teddy bear on top made of fondant and the intial J for Jackson. It was fun to watch him eat his cupcake and play with the teddy bear.

This is an assortment of cupcakes I made for someone to sample. They are, starting on the top, Vanilla w/Vanilla Pastry Cream Filling and Strawberry Frosting, Chocolate Chip w/Vanilla Frosting and Chocolate Chips, Vanilla w/Chocolate Frosting and Chocolate Sprinkles, Lemon w/Lemon Cream Cheese Frosing and Coconut, Vanilla w/Vanilla Frosting and White Sprinkles. On the bottom are Chocolate w/Vanilla Frosting and Dusted w/Cocoa, Chocolate w/Chocolate Frosting and Grated White Chocolate, Vanilla and Chocolate w/Vanilla and Chocolate Frosting, and Chocolate w/Vanilla Buttercream Filling, Chocolate Frosting and Chocolate Sprinkles.

Black & White Cupcake

I've been wanting to try out this recipe, so today I did. They were pretty simple to make and taste really good. The cupcake is chocolate buttermilk and vanilla buttermilk. They are topped with a swirl of basic chocolate and vanilla buttercream frosting. I put the frostings together in the same piping bag with vanilla frosting on one side and chocolate frosting on the other.

More Valentine's Day Cupcakes

The first cupcake is banana w/strawberry swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a love flag. The next cupcakes are chocolate w/multi-colored vanilla frosting with a round chocolate cookie on top that has a heart cut out of the middle.

Valentine's Cupcakes

These are some samples of ideas I had for Valentine's Day cupcakes. The first is a jumbo chocolate cupcake with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream with heart sprinkles. The next ones are mini chocolate coconut cupcakes with vanilla glaze tinted pink and green. The last ones are standard size chocolate cupcakes with pink white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a heart shaped chocolate cookie. (I always use this chocolate cupcake recipe because it's so fast to make and tastes great!)
