These are some samples of ideas I had for Valentine's Day cupcakes. The first is a jumbo chocolate cupcake with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream with heart sprinkles. The next ones are mini chocolate coconut cupcakes with vanilla glaze tinted pink and green. The last ones are standard size chocolate cupcakes with pink white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a heart shaped chocolate cookie. (I always use this chocolate cupcake recipe because it's so fast to make and tastes great!)
