I made these for the 1st birthday of my boyfriends nephew. The first are vanilla w/chocolate swiss meringue buttercream frosting and colored sprinkles. The second are carrot-ginger w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with orange zest. I made a special jumbo vanilla cupcake with a teddy bear on top made of fondant and the intial J for Jackson. It was fun to watch him eat his cupcake and play with the teddy bear.
