Easter Carrot-Ginger and Chocolate Cupcakes











This was an order I filled for Easter. The first cupcakes are carrot-ginger w/orange-ginger cream cheese frosting, sprinkled with chopped toasted walnuts, and topped with a candy carrot made out of orange fruit chews and green fruit slices. The second are chocolate w/vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream frosting, and topped with multi-colored wafer bunnies.
